The Immunocap ISAC test uses microchip technology to detect the presence and levels of IgE antibodies to a wide range of allergens in a single blood sample. The test can measure IgE antibodies to more than 100 different allergens, including foods, inhalants, and other environmental allergens. The results of the test can help healthcare providers to identify specific allergens that may be triggering a patient’s allergy symptoms.
The Immunocap ISAC test is typically used in patients who have complex or multiple allergies, or in cases where traditional allergy tests have been inconclusive.
